Submit your details, CV and showreel through our streamlined registration form. Clear, simple, no hidden questions.
STEP 02
Audition
Choose your audition format: asynchronous video, live online or in-person at one of our scheduled audition days.
STEP 03
Assignment
Once accepted to the roster we'll match you with roles as they open up. You stay in control of where and when.

Ask the teamWe connect musicians, singers and entertainers with roles in the cruise and leisure industry — including reading musicians, guest entertainers and dynamic musical acts. We also place artists in live venues and our own Sonic Studios.
Submit your details, complete an audition (online or in-person), and get matched to opportunities that align with your skills and goals. Most artists complete the process within 2–4 weeks.
While experience is valuable, we welcome talent at various stages of career as long as you meet the requirements of the specific role. Many of our roster members come from a mix of conservatoire and gigging backgrounds.
From application to onboarding, our team provides hands-on guidance — visas, contracts, repertoire briefing and pastoral support are all part of how we work. You always have a human on the other end of the email.
Yes — we welcome versatile performers and unique acts that bring something extraordinary to the stage. Many of our cruise-line and live placements are for non-reading artists.
