Jon and Kelly Perry founded Sonic Artistes after decades of working in the industry themselves. Every recruitment decision, every vocalist booking and every contract crosses their desk.

Jon Perry.

Company Director

Jon is the director and founder of Sonic Artistes. His role is as Company GM and plays a significant role in the recruitment and ultimately decisions on selection of talent.

Jon began as a full time professional guitarist at the age of 18 and started his first business in the industry aged 26.

Kelly Perry.

Company Director

Kelly's role within the company is as Financial Director, Producer and Manager of Guest Entertainers, and ultimate decision maker on provision of vocalists.

Her career began around the age of 12, and she has worked at every level of vocal performance, production and recording since.

Dave Wademan Account & Recruitment Manager

Dave Wademan is our Account and Recruitment Manager — his role is to aid in recruitment of musicians as well as schedule and communicate with them. Having graduated with a Music, Music Technology and Innovation Degree and then a Masters in Bass Guitar and Music Performance, Dave has been a professional musician for 13 years (and counting). Over this time he has been a musical director, touring bassist, producer and composer.

Zelda Reeves Onboarding & Artistes Liaison Manager

Before working with Sonic Artistes, Zelda had extensive experience within the events industry — coordinating a number of high-end events including festivals, award ceremonies and exhibitions for large-scale media companies. Prior to this she worked in the travel industry as a managing agent. Her eye for detail and high level of organisation have made her an invaluable asset to our onboarding process and the company.

Paul Williams Musical Supervisor

Paul is Musical Supervisor and systems expert — he has worked in the entertainment industry for over 25 years, defining his strategic management skills in the training & education sector. He has a passion for innovation and productivity, putting this to use to support the evolution of music management. His musical direction work sees him work around the world in both musical theatre and popular music.
